***  *** Steemhop leaderboard grind day 8, 2 days for season to end And I have to be among top 20 to earn 😪 But I am still at 58 day 8 leader board grind Day 8 and I’m still here on steemhop like it’s a full time job now. The season ends in 2 days and the pressure is real because only top 20 get the rewards. I checked the leaderboard this morning and I’m sitting at 58. Fifty eight. Not even close. I started the week thinking I could easily push into top 30 but the competition is insane. Everyone is grinding nonstop and the scores keep jumping every few hours. I’ve been playing since day 1, same chicken, same desert, same trains and cars, and my best score is still stuck in the 70s. Meanwhile people in top 20 are hitting 200+ like it’s nothing. My thumb hurts, my eyes hurt, and I’m still tapping. The runs today were just pain. I’d get to 20, feel good, then die to a train I swear came out of nowhere. Then I’d get to 15, then 8, then die to a car at the first lane. There’s no consistency. You can play perfect for 30 seconds and then one wrong hop sends you back to the STEEM HOP screen. I watched some replays from top players and they’re not even human. The timing, the patience, the way they wait for two lanes to clear at once. I try to copy it and I just panic and jump into a purple car. I’ve probably done 200 runs today alone. Each time I tell myself "this is the one" and each time I end up at 10 or 12 and rage quit for 5 minutes before opening it again. That’s what day 8 feels like. Tired but you can’t stop. What’s making it worse is that 2 days left means this is basically my last chance. If I don’t hit top 20 by the end of day 10, all this grinding was for nothing. No rewards, no rank, just ano…
