For Baby 2 oz Gin 1/4-1/2 oz Lavender syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to desired level of dilution. Double strain into a rocks glass with a single large chunk of ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. Irish Godfather 2 oz Irish Whiskey 1/2 oz Amaretto 2 Dashes Orange Bitters Orange Twist for Garnish Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Twist orange peel over drink and drop in the glass. #doitforwilson
