David Depaola 40+ Years of Real Estate Experience Helping Clients Build Long-Term Wealth Hi, I’m David DePaola — a real estate broker, entrepreneur, and Broker Owner of David DePaola and Company Real Estate in Central New Jersey. I’ve spent more than four decades helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate residential, commercial, land, and investment real estate. Since beginning my career in the early 1980s, I’ve completed thousands of transactions and experienced multiple real estate market cycles firsthand. Over the years, I’ve built my business around consistency, strong client relationships, honest communication, and a deep understanding of what truly drives successful deals and long-term wealth creation. In addition to brokerage, I’ve been heavily involved in REALTOR® leadership and mentorship throughout my career, including serving multiple terms as president of my local association and being named Realtor of the Year in Mercer County. I’m passionate about helping both clients and younger professionals better understand the real estate business from both a practical and long-term perspective. I enjoy conversations around negotiations, market cycles, entrepreneurship, leadership, property management, investment strategies, and what it really takes to build a successful real estate career that lasts for decades.
