Hi friends and welcome back to my podcast, Enough Stuff. On episode 2, I dive in briefly about why I’ve made the changes I’ve made and things you can do if you’re just starting out. I lean heavily into the idea of progress, not perfection. I’m not going to lie, I get a little intense in this episode but I just wanted to hit some things home.
