Brendan McGurgan is the co-founder of Simple Scaling and one of the leading voices on helping ambitious leaders grow global businesses. Before co-founding Simple Scaling, he spent 16 years at CDE Global — 12 of them as Group Managing Director — where he helped take the company from 15 people to nearly 700, with offices on six continents and 25x revenue growth. In 2016, the Institute of Directors named him the UK’s Overall Director of the Year.
