Mates kept asking for advice, so he built a website and started a business. His first deal: a house on a £110,000 street that he got for £77,000. What he discovered changed everything - cheap properties are a false economy. Tenants respect nice things and they hold value. Quality stock in the sweet spot compounds. Now running a multi-million pound operation, he's spotted what everyone's missing: Middlesbrough is changing. Treasury relocating. Net Zero Teesside launching.
