Prosecutors in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial showed jurors notes and search history from her devices, including a note created in December 2022 and last modified January 23, 2023 — the day before she killed her three children — reading, "Medication stole my motherhood and my life." State police also testified she searched "can you treat a sociopath" days before the killings. On cross-examination, defense attorney Kevin Reddington established that an earlier search for suicide methods came from her then-husband's tablet while she was out of the house, and walked jurors through searches for hallucinations and intrusive thoughts that the state had not highlighted. Clancy has pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, and argues she was not criminally responsible. The Commonwealth is close to resting.
