In Vista, California, OnlyFans creator Michaela Rylaarsdam has been sentenced to four years in county jail after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the suffocation death of Michael Dale, 55, who repeatedly asked her to stop during a paid fetish encounter. And in Miami, George Pino, 55, stands trial for manslaughter and vessel homicide in the 2022 Biscayne Bay boat crash that killed 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez at his daughter's birthday party; he has pleaded not guilty and is presumed innocent as the trial continues.
