Summary
The Collins family must come to terms with the decision of the court. They decide to finally erect a plaque in Killala as a reminder to people that Sandra’s body is still missing. Their father Joe dies, but during his short illness he makes them promise to never give up in trying to find Sandra. They swear they won’t. During a clear out of their uncle and aunt’s home in Liverpool in 2022, they find a cache of letters from Sandra that she sent to them when she was just a young girl.
