Summary

Psalm 74 gives us the words to pray when we don't have them; when our circumstances are just too dire. This liturgy for the unthinkable instructs us to protest with questions, look backwards to creation and the Cross, and pray to God to remember His covenant. Our God is the King from of Old, never forgetting His covenant people, so when life is in awful ruins, we must learn to pray from within our faith.
