Ricardo Torres has always had an eye for opportunity. While serving in the Air Force and investing in real estate, he began looking at business ownership as a different kind of wealth-building vehicle, one driven by cash flow, operational improvement, and long-term value. That thinking eventually led him to walk into a busy Tucson laundromat in his flight suit and ask the owner if he’d sell. He did.
