Summary
A new onshore wind energy project in West Clare has been refused planning permission for a second time. Slievenalicka Locally Owned Turbine Ltd had proposed to build a single turbine of up to 150m in height across the townlands of Tooreen, Slievenalicka and Drumbaun.
