The Health Minister claims not enough focus has been on Clare and Tipperary with respect to healthcare. Fine Gael Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has confirmed a chairperson has been agreed for a project board that will oversee the development of a new hospital in Raheen in Limerick. The chairperson will also look at how health services can be expanded in other parts the Midwest.
