Good weather is great news for most of us, but for businesses along Ireland's coast, a spell of sunshine can make the difference between just getting by and having a really successful season. As recent reports have highlighted, cafés, ice cream shops, activity providers and seaside businesses have seen a major boost whenever the sun shines, with many saying a busy few weeks can help pay the bills for the year.
