They also discuss the new cell phone policy at Seattle Public Schools that goes into effect today, and whether high schoolers should be moderating their own phone use. Finally, Liam sits down with Megan Leonard, programmer at SIFF, to discuss her favorite films at this year’s Seattle International Film Festival.
