More than 5.6 million business applications were filed in 2025 alone, with over 400,000 new companies being created every single month. This level of entrepreneurial activity has not been seen in the modern era. Layoffs are also at historic lows, GDP is still growing, and inflation has come down from 4.2% in May to 3.5%. Initial unemployment claims have recently fallen to their lowest level since 1969.
