Lonnie Maddox is the Associate Director of Football Sports Performance at University of North Carolina. Prior to joining North Carolina, he served as an assistant strength coach at Kansas State University, helping the Wildcats to a 9-4 season and a victory in the 2024 Rate Bowl. Before Kansas State, Maddox was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Valdosta State University and Alcorn State University, where he played a key role in multiple conference championships and deep postseason runs.
