Summary
Duck tailing off episode 254 where I mention the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and trust issues while teaching how the matrix does not want your ANS comfortable, we learn our ANS need to re-learn how to trust us with it. When the ANS is traumatized, it will have trust issues with us until we become aware of how it is responding to things incorrectly or correctly based on the circumstances. I provide a real world example to help you understand that the ANS can trust us again when we become aware of how we play a role in its mistrust too.
