Summary

You would probably agree that life is so much easier when people behave themselves and do what we want them to do. Alas, very often that is not the case. So what happens when something happens? Do we react in resentment, irritation and judgment, maybe even losing sleep? Do we ever question “why” we get upset, remembering the words of Socrates, “the unexamined life is not worth living”? When someone’s actions (or inactions) result in our anger, is there a way to turn that into positive action, or do we just deny or minimize and internalize our feelings?
