Summary
Have you ever been triggered by someone else’s behavior or something they have said? We all have. These are times that they are actually mirroring to us something inside ourselves that we have suppressed. These are times we can pull those characteristics out of ourselves and bring them to the light. Shadow work allows us to see those characteristics we have hidden or rejected inside of ourselves. They allow us to bring them to the light and love those aspects of ourselves and use them for good.
