Rashmi served in the UK Cabinet Office on the SME Advisory Panel where her passion lay in resolving the late payment culture for SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) and contributed to legalisation changes. Rashmi’s commercial and creative sides merge in her writing and podcasts. She's a business columnist for a UK newspaper and appears internationally in publications. Rashmi is an author, with her second book on Competitive Sustainability due in 2026, as is her networking book to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of it’s original publicaiton.
