The Son who reveals the Father is with us. The One who sends the Spirit is…with us. Always. To the end of the age. That is why and how the church can risk being more than an affinity group. That is why and how we can welcome people who are not like us. That is why and how we can promise Ellie that she does not have to walk this road alone. The church is held together by the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Trinity is the wellspring of a new humanity.
