Throughout her twenty years as a corporate director, Emily Liggett has served on 18 public, private and non-profit boards. She has served as board chair, chair of Nom/Gov committees and on Audit and Comp committees. She currently serves on the boards of Ultra Clean Technology and Materion Corporation.
