Throughout her twenty years as a corporate director, Emily Liggett has served on 18 public, private and non-profit boards. She has served as board chair, chair of Nom/Gov committees and on Audit and Comp committees. She currently serves on the boards of Ultra Clean Technology and Materion Corporation. She also serves as Lecturer at Stanford GSB, where she teaches board leadership.
