Summary
CannCon and Zak Paine dig into a fascinating side door into the New Jersey non citizen voter story: jury duty summons. It turns out a full 20 percent of the roughly one million people summoned each year report they do not meet eligibility requirements, mostly over citizenship, and those same lists overlap heavily with voter rolls pulled straight from the DMV and tax records.
