Wealth is a Mindset provides practical, concrete applications of Saavedra's mindset-changing research based methodology called "Trigger, Action, Reward." In our conversation, Saavedra shares how she began Save My Cents , some of the key things she's discovered throughout her consulting work, ways for students to learn about personal finance, the Three Root Causes of Money Problems, and so much more.
