However, as Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports, both Democrats and Republicans continue to blame the other for the history-making shutdown, without solving any of the issues that led to it. Louisiana Primary Suspended Louisiana's congressional primaries which were already underway are suspended after the Supreme Court struck down a revised map that added a second majority Black congressional district to the Pelican State.
