The restaurant was designed with Max’s dad John Rocha, the food leans on the family’s Irish heritage and the staff uniforms are designed by his sister Simone Rocha. In his podcast, Max Rocha will tell about his journey from Dublin to London, from the music industry to the restaurant kitchen and from a stressful life with addiction to running a sustainable restaurant in balance with his life.
