Eytan says Protect Ethical Prosecutors wants accountability for intentional, knowing, and reckless misconduct, while not targeting good-faith mistakes. She points to cases such as Richard Glossip’s and a Colorado disbarment case as examples, and encourages people to report misconduct, recognize ethical prosecutors, and get involved.
