Judge Medel s an ABOTA member and distinguished civil trial judge who served on the San Diego Superior Court from 2010 to 2024. Judge Medel served on the Superior Court Executive Committee for many years and also served as an Independent Calendar Civil Judge for many years. Before he was appointed to the bench, Judge Medel was a medical malpractice defense attorney in the Medel Law Firm, Medel & Rawers, and Ault, Midlam & Deuprey.
