Similar propaganda has been employed to make Japan seem less clean or safe, especially in light of what was likely an accident on a train in Tokyo this week involving a pepper-spray like smell, something that recently occurred with bear mace on another train. Some of this latter propaganda is likely more Chinese than it is Israeli, and the reasons are obvious.
