In 2025 alone, I’ve consulted on projects ranging from full custom estates to high-performance renovations across multiple states, many of them between 3,000–10,000+ square feet. The common thread? The healthiest, most successful projects were not the ones with the biggest budgets. They were the ones where homeowners understood sequencing — from lot testing and architectural strategy to third-party inspections and warranty enforcement.
