Jimmy Cooke's association with the Vineyard dates back to his teens - he met his wife, Kate, at a Vineyard worship conference in the mid-90s. After studying Broadcast Audio Engineering in London, Jimmy spent 10 years working as a freelance drummer, engineer and producer (whilst working a plethora of part-time jobs to keep the wolf from the door!) In 2011, Jimmy and Kate relocated their family to Houston, TX, where Jimmy trained as a studio intern with Casey Corum for Vineyard Worship USA. They returned to the UK in 2012, where Jimmy took up the role of managing the record label for Vineyard Worship UK&I full-time. In September 2023, Jimmy founded his own music consultancy business. He continues to manage the Vineyard label part-time, whilst also freelancing as a mix engineer, studio drummer and project manager for Integrity Music. Jimmy is first and foremost a musician and ardent music fan, and this is at the heart of all he does.
