The One About Transformation This is where leaders either expand or stall out. Confidence: * Leans into discomfort * Uses feedback as fuel * Keeps evolving and brings others with them Arrogance: * Resists anything that challenges identity * Dismisses feedback * Stays stuck while projecting certainty If you’ve stopped growing, you’ve already started becoming the bottleneck.
