[Similarly, regarding those who descended alive into the grave:] וְזוֹהִי הַבְּרָכָה The blessing was שֶׁגַּם בִּשְׁאוֹל יִהְיוּ חַיִּים וְיּוּכְלוּ לַעֲשׂוֹת תְּשׁוּבָה that even in the grave, they would be alive and able to repent.
