Overgiving often sneaks in under the banner of “good coaching.” But here’s the truth: Overdelivering is usually a confidence issue — not a value issue. Adding unlimited access, constant follow-up emails, late-night responses, or elaborate session summaries does not increase the value of your coaching. The value is created inside the coaching session itself.
