According to police documents, Rebecca reported feeling terrorized and in fear for her safety as he drove by her home, tracked her movements, and allegedly misused police databases to monitor people in her life. The case ultimately resulted in criminal charges—raising urgent questions about power, accountability, and what stalking looks like when the person responsible wears a badge.
