I speak from what is present, from lived experience and from embodiment. Nothing here is scripted, edited or polished. The words arise as they are spoken, raw, honest and real. Each episode is recorded once in German and once in English and of course never truly the same. This podcast is not meant to be consumed. It is an invitation to listen slowly, to feel beneath the words, and to notice what resonates within you. If something settles in your body, if you feel a little more present, little more yourself, then it has done what it came to do. It is learning to not leave myself, when life asks me to stay. Our Ego can and will use everything for it´s own proof of existence and even a sacred practice like meditation can be used as something to DO, to achieve etc. Becoming more aware of what we truly are is not possible in doing more. It is the opposite and I am talking about the inside, not the outside. It is about stopping the movements that catapult us out of the inner closeness, the presence, the NOW. Our natural state has nothing to do with doing, thinking, or to confuse ourselves with emotions and bodily sensations, it is pure being and this feels like having the home within. It is full of warmth, love, joy, peace in ourselves and it takes courage to allow it, as at the same time everything that is still unresolved and trapped in us will come up and you will feel it as well. I will share my tangible experience, on how is feels somatically to not leave yourself and how to practice closeness during your daily life.","meta_description":"For me the deepest spiritual practice is not meditating, or shifting into a new identity.
