As children we experienced the state of powerlessness in various situations, with our care givers, in school, with other kids etc. It is a state in our nervous system, where we feel so numb and disconnected and it seems we cannot even move the body anymore. This was a very intelligent solution in the past, to protect us in situations, where we couldn't fight or run away anymore. Now, as an adult these unfinished cycles in the system get activated in situations that reminds the body of these moments from the past, and if we are not consciously aware and awake that this is just an activation, we truly believe we are powerless again. If we are brutally honest, we always have a choice to change things, sometimes not immediately, but step by step. So every time you say to yourself, I cannot, I must, I have no choice etc., you are telling your system, we are still powerless, repeating the old narrative and this is of course not serving the truth of you being a powerful creator.","meta_description":"Powerlessness is a state, never the truth...can you feel the freedom in that words?
