If we strengthen it and pay attention to it, we have a strong vessel that carries us through life. For me, the gentle and steady strengthening of my inner holding system was such a catalyst for regulation, strength and presence, that from this new embodiment incredible gifts have come into my life, because only then was I able to receive and hold them safely in me.
