They discuss regional economies based around winter tourism, including the role of agriculture; the politics of managing economic change in the context of climate change, including the role of regional government; ownership models of skiing resorts including public, private and foreign; potential futures for post-skiing tourism in the region; and, most importantly, how they make artificial snow.
