My healing journey wouldn't be effective unless I learned to love my Fatness . It defines so much of my identity that accepting it led to my own liberation. Aspects since childhood that once brought me shame or anguish are now sources of my protection , spiritual knowing , and resilience . As the Class of 2026 celebrates its accomplishments, I'm inspired to reflect on my own milestones. For today's episode, I proudly proclaim what I love most about being fat.
