In this episode I’m sitting with what fear actually is, what faith actually is, & why the invitation is not to choose one over the other, but to let faith be the one holding the map. This one is for anyone who has ever felt fear & wondered if it meant they were off path. It doesn’t. Keep going. In this episode we explore: * Why fear is not a flaw. It is information * How to know when you’re being run by fear without even realizing it * What faith actually means, and it’s not the absence of fear * The difference between the fear that is protecting you & the fear that is just keeping you small * Why courage is faith saying let’s go while fear is still talking * How to stop the war inside yourself & get curious about fear instead * Somatic attunement & practical ways to come back to your center when fear gets loud * Why each trembling step taken in faith rewires something in your nervous system * A simple somatic practice to try anytime the fear stories start to take over A practice from this episode: Find two minutes to yourself. Take a few deep belly breaths. Try box breathing: in for 4, hold for 4, release for 6, hold for 4. Repeat 2 to 4 times.
