I spent a year building AI skills for my product team. The technical part was the easy half. Adoption was the actual problem, and the lessons I got from it weren't the ones I expected. Three skills are still in active use: a feature-breakdown skill, an A/B rollout skill, and a multi-agent landing page generator. Three got deleted: a status update writer, an \"agentic master\" planner, and a roadmap prioritization helper. What stuck and what didn't came down to people, not the model.","meta_description":"This story was originally published on HackerNoon at: https://hackernoon.com/how-i-rolled-out-an-ai-automation-stack-for-my-product-team-and-saved-30perce…","key_points":[],"chapters":[],"topics":[],"duration_seconds":628,"processing_state":"not_requested","actions":[{"name":"request_transcript","method":"POST","url":"https://stenobird.com/v1/public/podcasts/product-management-tech-brief-by-hackernoon-6365645/episodes/how-i-rolled-out-an-ai-automation-stack-for-my-product-team-and-saved-30-of-our-working-time/transcription-requests","description":"Idempotently request low-priority transcript generation for this episode."},{"name":"read_markdown","method":"GET","url":"https://stenobird.com/podcast/product-management-tech-brief-by-hackernoon-6365645/how-i-rolled-out-an-ai-automation-stack-for-my-product-team-and-saved-30-of-our-working-time.md","description":"Read the agent-friendly Markdown representation of this episode resource."}]}}
