The numbers are striking: \"Since 2022, PIN has returned over £350 million to shareholders and, following the completion of the buyback we've announced today, we expect this to exceed well over £500 million.\" The sale is part of a strategic refocus around roughly 25 high-conviction private equity managers, down from around 90. The number of managers has already fallen to 62, with the portfolio sale completed at a blended discount to NAV of just over 8%.
