The site covers approximately 100 acres, with zoning work underway with the local city as a key near-term milestone. The company is in discussions with potential partners, including hyperscalers and neoclouds, who could take over the facility post-construction. \"Our objective over the next 6 to 12 months is to get at what is called shovel-ready,\" Carosa said. Following a Vancouver roadshow and with Toronto meetings ahead, Carosa acknowledged the company needs to communicate its story more actively in 2026 after a quieter 2025.
