If you listened to season 1, you would have definitely heard me talk about her book: Any Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Prostitution in Ireland. If you haven't, I highly highly recommend it. It is a memoir that recounts her time growing up and becoming involved with the sex trade in Ireland, and ultimately becoming an escort before escaping and beginning to make sense of what had happened to her. It is beautifully written, and I highly recommend the audiobook version - as Mia narrates it very well. Join us for part one of this two part interview, as we talk about her journey navigating a narcisisstic relationship; how it started, where it went, and how she got out. I hope you enjoy. If you have questions, thoughts, or topics you’d like covered, you can use the contact form on practicalsomatic.com/podcast. If you — or someone you know — is interested in further resources, somatic coaching with me, or advice and guidance (sounding board sessions) to support healing after narcissistic or coercive abuse, you can find more information at practicalsomatic.com. If this episode resonates, rating or reviewing the podcast helps it reach people who are still trying to make sense of their experience. Thanks!","meta_description":"Hello and welcome back - Today I sit down with author, therapist, speaker, and survivor of narcissistic abuse and coercive control - Mia Döring.
