After immigrating to Canada independently, Andre built multiple companies from the ground up, including UTS Group, a Canada-wide security integration and design firm; a commercial aluminum and glazing company; and Metador, a consultancy specializing in AI, automation, and scalable operating systems. His work spans complex commercial and institutional projects across North America. Andre is deeply grateful to live with ADHD, OCPD, and dyslexia—traits he proudly sees as a superpower, not a limitation. They shape how he sees patterns others miss, moves decisively under pressure, and brings structure to complexity. Through his work, he helps founders, leaders, and teams recognize their own unique cognitive strengths and turn them into real-world advantages.
