Most of the time I'm brought into meetings as a window dressing - so I don't get to talk as much as I'd like. This is my outlet for my 2 cents on topics such as life, money, society and self-development plus whatever else lies up in my head. Hopefully this doesn't get me cancelled in the process. First it is easy for me to notice irritation in others as opposed to myself (self reflection is hard) and secondly, regardless of whether I was in (partial) agreement or not with their viewpoints, I found this to be rather ugly. Having recently read the 'Art of Happiness' by the Dalai Lama I reflect in this episode on situations where I have been the one who has been irritated and take this as an opportunity to reframe these irritations.
