In this episode, I talk about why being skeptical in your spiritual development is not a problem to fix, but a strength to use. Whether you are developing your intuition, practicing Reiki, or exploring mediumship, you cannot build confidence on blind belief alone. You build confidence by collecting evidence. You build it by paying attention to patterns. You build it by noticing what repeats over weeks and months instead of dismissing experiences as coincidence or imagination. Skepticism becomes powerful when you use it as a lens, not to shut yourself down, but to test what is happening. I explore the difference between healthy skepticism and self-sabotage, and why isolated experiences do not build trust, but consistent patterns do. I talk about how to track and evaluate your intuitive experiences over time and why proving yourself right or wrong is part of the process. Doubt does not weaken your spiritual foundation when it is used intentionally. It strengthens it. You do not need to turn off your logic in order to grow spiritually. You need to use it well.
