Against the storm-lashed backdrop of Villa Diodati, our ghost hunters explore Frankenstein’s genesis, deliciously chilling atmosphere, and the seismic impact of Ashad — the Lone Cyberman. There’s praise (and some criticism) for the writing and performances, deep dives into the historical and thematic context, and an exploration of the Doctor’s seemingly unwinnable moral dilemma.
